Zofia Boni

Zofia Boni is a social anthropologist and sociologist with interests in anthropology of food and childhood, medical anthropology and environmental humanities. She is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Anthropology and Ethnology at UAM. She has a particular interest in working with vulnerable groups and bringing their voices to the foreground in the context of issues dominated by biomedical and biophysical sciences. She is passionate about interdisciplinary research. She is the Principal Investigator of the project Embodying Climate Change: Transdisciplinary Research on Urban Overheating (EmCliC).
