dr hab. Tomasz Olejniczak

an associate professor at the Department of Management, Division of Business History at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He is a graduate of Japanese studies at the University of Warsaw and management at the University of Tokyo. In 2012, he started working at the Department of Management at the Kozminski University, where he obtained his PhD in 2014 and habilitation in 2021. He is a fellow of the Japanese Ministry of Education and the Japan Foundation. His research interests include longevity, organisational continuity, business history, and archival science.
