Katarzyna Roj – curator, editor and author of numerous texts on material culture, Deputy Director for Programme, Promotion and Education at BWA Wrocław Gallery of Contemporary Art. She leads BWA Wrocław’s Dizajn gallery programme, which focuses on the dissemination of issues related to speculative design, resilience, overconsumption and the use of design tools in climate change adaptation processes. She is currently leading a long-term project at the gallery called Żyjnia, which is the gallery’s social and educational space that functions as an urban sanatorium in its spare time from programme activities, as well as the Culture of Regeneration – meetings, walks, a podcast – largely devoted to the Wrocław Irrigation Fields.
