Karolina Dudek

Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw

She works at the Design Theory Department of the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She holds a PhD in sociology. Graduate of the Graduate School for Social Research (Polish Academy of Sciences), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Applied Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw, management and marketing and international relations at the Warsaw School of Economics, ethnology at the University of Warsaw. She is an expert at Colliers Define, advising on complex processes of planning, designing, organizing and transforming workplaces. Author of, among other books, “Koniec ery calvadosu. Praca i design w późnej nowoczesności” (2019) „Sieci wiedzy. Teoria zarządzania między nauką a praktyką” (2018). Previously, she worked at the Department of Management at Kozminski University. Research interests: design and work, research in design, design management.
